The Best American Poetry 2020 (The Best American Poetry series)

The Best American Poetry 2020, guest edited by Paisley Rekdal, is a collection of 75 poems selected from top literary magazines. If you’re a poetry person, this book exposes you great poetry, lets you see trends and innovations in form and content, and may introduce you to poets with whom you were not familiar. I won’t wax eloquent about particular poems because there are so many wonderful ones it doesn’t seem right to single out any of them.
