Woman Without Shame is Sandra Cisneros’ first collection of poems in nearly three decades. The overriding theme is being a woman “of a certain age” and will particularly appeal to readers who identify with that stage in life. The poems are mostly short, lyrical, and often combine Spanish and English. Here’s what Southern Review of Books says:
